The Butcher Shop
A genuine gourmet butcher shop stocking only the best quality with the very best personal service. With the increasing demand for organic meat we are now stocking a large range of Certified Organic meat and poultry. Due to the fact that there is less of a demand for organic and the costs incurred, to ensure fresh quality at all times our organic range is frozen, stored in a brand new climate controlled freezer. All our organic meat is guaranteed and sourced through the Organic Marketing Company.
iButchery
We do have plans for going online. However in the meantime, we will be featuring some select products in an iButchery section. You will be able to submit an order via email, by phone or by calling in to the shop. Customers often find it of benefit to discuss their order with a butcher first before submitting an order. We will be trialing this for 6 months to guage interest and identify what works.
The Deli
Bellingen Butchery is one of the only local producers of ham and bacon in the mid north coast. All our ham and bacon is prepared on the premises by hand in the traditional way, slowly smoked using German wood chips. We have delicious smoked “Sweet Pork” leg ham available at Christmas, but stocks are limited so orders need to be in early. We also stock a range of cold meats, cheeses and Murrumbooee Sauces and specialised spices.
The Frozen Goods / Fish Shop
An extensive range of frozen goods, including large range of Certified Organic Beef, Chicken Ducks and local and imported frozen fish. Also stock frozen vegetables, lasanges, meat pies, chicken tenders and frozen deserts for your shopping convenience.
