			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">We have been receiving more and more enquiries over the counter regarding organic meat.   Stocking fresh organic meat where the demand is not great is not an option for a small rural butcher shop, but we have listened to your cries and decided to invest in a brand new fridge freezer to allow us to stock 100% Certified Organic Beef and Poultry for your convenience.  Kevin has made it a priority over the past few years to continually find a solution to the problem of being able to supply affordable organic products in the shop, but the fact remains that <em>organic is expensive</em>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Over time he has built a relationship with a local businessman who trades under the Organic Marketing Company Pty Ltd, and through this amalgamation is now able to provide personally sourced, 100% guaranteed organic products. We know where it comes from and if it does not meet our standards we will not accept it.   You can be absolutely 100% certain that the product you are paying for has been carefully selected, prepared appropriately and stored according to all food safety standards.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h2>Ingredients (serves 2)</h2>
<ul>
<li>1 tbs mustard</li>
<li>1 garlic clove, crushed</li>
<li>1 tbs baby capers, rinsed, drained</li>
<li>8 pimento-stuffed green olives, sliced</li>
<li>1 tbs chopped flat-leaf parsley</li>
<li>Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon</li>
<li>1 1/2 tbs olive oil</li>
<li>350g piece of Bangalow pork fillet, trimmed</li>
<li>Cooked broad beans, to serve</li>
</ul>
<h2>Method</h2>
<ol id="method">
<li>Preheat oven to 180°C. To make sauce, whisk together  mustard, garlic, capers, olives, parsley, zest, juice, 1 tbs olive oil,  pepper to taste and 2 tbs warm water.</li>
<li>Heat remaining oil in an ovenproof frypan over high heat and cook pork, turning, for 5 minutes until golden.</li>
<li>Place pan in oven for 5 minutes until pork is cooked through. Rest pork for 5 minutes, then slice.</li>
<li>Drizzle with the sauce and serve with broad beans.</li>
