Kevin bought the shop in 2003, bringing superior skills having mastered his craft in high quality Butcher Shops in New Zealand, London and Sydney. Kevin has taken Bellingen Butchery from the ordinary to the extraordinary and attributes this to his commitment to only sourcing local, fresh, high quality meat.
Dont get Kevin started about his passion - Clay Target Shooting!
Paul has been with Bellingen Butchery almost since the beginning and is a highly valued and respected member of the team, also having outstanding experience in quality shops in Wellington, London and Sydney.
Paul's passion is Rugby, particularly the All Blacks and is never able to resist a chat about the same.
Ryan came to work at Bellingen Butchery in 2014 and was, immediately, a valued member of the team. Ryan has been a butcher for pretty much his entire life and knows the trade through and through. Ryan remembers making sausages in his Dad's butcher shop when he was 8 years old.
Ryan apparently likes Beer and is not shy to have a chat about it.
Iszack came to Bellingen Butchery as a clean up kid after school. Before long he decided that this was a trade he would like to pursue and this year, 2016, we signed him up for a 4 year Butcher Apprenticeship.
Iszack is keen to learn the trade and in his spare time just loves to ride motorbikes. You will also find he too is keen to chat bikes.

- Meat contains high quality proteins - there are about 9 amino acids that we can not produce and must get from the diet and animal proteins contain all the amino acids that we need.
